I had a sinking cement foundation that was supporting a 10 x 13-foot shed in my backyard. The Q 1st technicians were able to strategically inject PolyLevel underneath the cement slab to level out my shed. The communication was excellent throughout the process and the technicians were determined to provide satisfaction. The 5-year transferrable warranty added that extra security. Quality 1st Basement Systems ROCKS!!!  The old sidewalk in front of my home was a total mess – tilted and uneven in many places; a real hazard.  Their sales rep Jeff Pitek was a pleasure to work with.  After a thorough inspection, he offered a solution that perfectly addressed my issues. Also, the pricing was incredibly affordable when compared to replacing the whole sidewalk. The installation crew did a super job as well – on time, efficient, and with great attention to detail. I wanted to shout out to a couple of your team members that were amazing. On September 6 we had some concrete work done on our front porch/walkway. Iian Grooms and  Fermin Bermuduc worked so hard in the 95 degree (or higher) heat that day and did an outstanding job.  Iian communicated with us through out the afternoon letting us know what was going with the work.  In the end the front porch and walkway look fantastic.    Andrew Gagliardi was the sales rep for this project.  We had a situation - Andy handled it and we were able to complete the project on time.   Thank you to Iian, Fermin and Andrew!  We appreciate all you have done.      

Quality 1st was great. Everyone throughout the process was very nice and helpful, from my salesperson Bill, to the guys that did the work, Carlos and Ramon. There was a minor setback with having to reschedule with me 2 times, but Quality 1st did the right thing by me and took money off my balance for the inconvenience. Special shout out to Ramon and Carlos. They are both great guys, very professional, did a nice job, and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend Quality 1st Basements to anyone in need of slab leveling (like me) or anything they specialize in for that matter.

I want to leave a compliment on the fine job Mr. Octavio Alverez did today to repair my cement front porch. Because there was a good chance the slab could crack, he took special care to relevel it gradually. Mission accomplished without incident. Sean J. arrived on time and did an exceptional job leveling my stamped concrete pool deck with a product called PolyLevel. The concrete around the pool steps has always been an issue and was thinking I would need to replace this section on concrete. Sean using this PolyLevel and his experience was able to get it back in the place where it now looks perfect. So glad!!! As replacing the concrete, the color and pattern would never have matched. What is also great has Sean drilled very small holes which he filled after with concrete and you cannot tell where they are. Thanks, Bill and Sean for an exceptional job!!!
