The DryGuys Team are fantastic at what they do, its a shame there aren't more teams out there like them and their WOW! Service. I have dealt with many contractors in my time and have rarely had an experience from start to finish go so smoothly. Michael S. who did my estimate was very helpful, setup a comprehensive system and didn't just try to upsell me on unnecessary things. He gave me a date and they stuck to it. Ian and the guys that came out to do the actual install were nothing short of spectacular. They called ahead to let me know they were coming, they explained everything that they were doing, set milestones for the installation and let me know what was completed and what was outstanding. They were very punctual, did very high quality work, and answered all of my questions. A very big factor that I personally hold key value in is the crews respect for my property when they are on site. These guys knocked it out of the park, I made them aware that I have small dogs and they made concessions to accommodate me there as well. Once the install was completed, they made sure to field all of my questions, showed me the completed project explained everything in terms that the average joe can understand. Just WOW!! I had my crawl space done about a year and a half ago by you guys and I haven't had any issues! I recently had an inspector out at my house and he was thoroughly impressed by the crawl space. He even took pictures inside of the crawl space and the windows outside, and said he will show people the photos to know how their crawl space SHOULD look! I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because I had just bought my house and there was water leaking in my partially finished basement. I was very satisfied when I contacted the company, and I had a good experience with both the office staff and the salesmen. During the initial appointment the quote for the work was a good deal compared to other quotes we received, and the salesmen did a good job of explaining what we needed and why. I appreciated that the instillation crew was able to come back early and get all the work done while we were gone. They also waited for us to get back in case we had any questions. They were very helpful ! We are satisfied with the work that was done, and we will be sure to recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems to all our friends and family.

Wow!!! My basement was a disaster. Maurice (sales) worked up a contract to install WaterGuard, BrightWall, TripleSafe pumps, Sanidry Upright and a few other required accessories. I now have an additional 1300 sq/ft of living space, will never get any water again or smell like a wet basement. I am actually thinking of carpeting it! I know I will get back 3 times the cost of the installation, if I ever sell. Juan Garcia's crew were meticulous in the installation and cleanup. They completed the job in one day! They were a professional crew that worked together like a well oiled machine. You get what you pay for, but on this job I got more than I paid for. It exceeded my highest expectations.
