First and foremost, I'm very rarely, truly impressed by service and have only written one other letter like this before in my life. However, I felt compelled to express my great appreciation and satisfaction in my dealings with Jack Jamison. His patience, knowledge, and attention to detail was truly a breath of fresh air in a very long, difficult journey with Quality 1st. He wasn't afraid of having very difficult conversations and, most importantly, didn't over-promise and under-deliver service. He was very different than the others who visited my home because he listened 90% and spoke 10% of the time. He was genuinely interested in learning about my entire experience, understanding specific issues, and desired outcome. With having dealt with many folks in your organization, I would hope he is considered your most prized asset. His experience will undoubtedly make those around him better and help drive more business. His position is obviously not an easy one to hold and there are always difficult decisions to be made each day. However, I very much appreciate the outcome of my situation. Thanks to Jack's involvement, my family is in a much better position. Thank you for employing Jack.
