I had been living in my house for 15 years, and my basement was finished, so I never assumed i would have a problem. Then within the past two years I started having water seepage, and wanted to fix the problem. I had not heard of Quality 1st Basement Systems in the past, but through research of companies in the area, I decided to go with them because they were the most confident, professional and responsible company. I thought that the office staff was excellent, the salesmen was very professional and the installation team was the best. The installation crew arrived on time and ready to work. They were efficient and thorough; covered the flooring and cleaned up after themselves. Before they left, the foreman walked my husband and me through the products that were installed and answered all of our questions. I would hire Quality 1st again!

The installation crew led by Victor Leon was excellent, all of the work was done and cleaned up in just one day.

Victor Leon and his installation crew did a great job installing eight Smart Vents and two floor jacks. My 90-year-old home has a cement block foundation that was quite hard and resistant to removal, but Victor was determined and patient. Through this he was eventually able to break down the foundation, and install the vents. Now my dining room is noticeably improved with this added stability. I would highly recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems to anyone in need of foundation repair projects on their home!

We had our annual maintenance service performed by Randy who was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. At completion, he showed me pics of the before and after of each part serviced and answered all of my questions. I feel good that I’m set for another year with a dry basement! The process from quote to completion was very easy and professional.  The Sales Associate Joe worked with us on our actual needs and did not push things we didn't need.  The Installation Manager Juan was extremely professional and friendly.  He made sure to point out everything he needed to do to make sure my Crawlspace was completed to my satisfaction.  I could tell he really knew what he was doing and took pride in doing a good job.  I would recommend Quality 1st to my friends.

Good job training your sales people. They definitely know the products and they came not trying to push me (like other companies) to sign the contract. The crew was great; they are very hard workers. They even cleaned up. Overall, it was everything I expected.

We decided a dehumidifier was needed in our basement. We did our research and concluded that something more than a store bought product was required. So we investigated companies that specialize in basement moisture problems, this led us to Quality 1st Basements. We made an appointment; in a few days we were sitting with Kenny discussing our options. What we quickly found was that Kenny is an expert in all phases of basement moisture, waterproofing and finishing. We chose the SaniDry XP Basement Air System, six SunHouse Basement Window Enclosures, and the CleanSpace Wall System for the basement walls. The next step, a date and time for the work to begin. When that date came, Mario and his crew arrived right on time. But wait, it gets even better. I thought a job like this would take days to finish. So much to install, outside excavation to remove the old windows and install the new ones. Nay, nay by 5 pm the installation work was complete. Clean up was next. Why was the work done by 5 pm?? It's because Mario and his crew knew exactly what needed to be done; they worked hard, they're professionals. Clearly they take pride in their work. There was a lot of soil left over after back- filling the enclosures, would it be left up to me to get rid of it, HOW? They took it all with them, putting it in 5 gal. containers and then loading it on their truck. Throughout, Mario briefed us on the crews progress, he answered my questions, showed different aspects of the job how it would be done, or would be done, and doing it gladly. It was about 8:30 pm when we said our good-byes, they pulled away driving away into the sunset. So, I've dealt with several Quality 1st members. Including Nicole, Kenny, and lastly Mario and his crew. What a pleasure dealing with a group of dedicated people that work together.

I hired this company to waterproof my basement back in May 2017. I can not recommended this company enough. It is not easy decision to make when you need to have your basement waterproofedbut this company will definitely get the job done right the first time!

Prior to having Quality First come, our basement flooded or got water in it after every rain and snow, but after they completed the job, we haven't had a drop since. The technician that came to our house was Will Harris, and he mapped out all the problem areas and made awesome suggestions... He wasn't pushy and forcing anything on us either... We went with a Triple-Sump pump, an Air Filter, and The Water Guard... This was awesome and are thrilled with everything! We will definitely be using Quality First for any waterproofing needs and other services.
