After examining the situation he was able to quickly provide reasonable solutions, as well as alternative solutions based on my specific needs. I had been thinking about waterproofing my basement for 2 years before I contacted Quality 1st. I first heard about them through my son's neighbor who referred them. I am very satisfied with the work completed at my home. The installation crew did a very very good job.

Our basement carried a lot of moisture and the paneling and wood we had installed was warping and was getting moldy. We contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and Laura helped me, and was very thorough and explained everything. They installed these beautiful walls that have a moisture barrier behind them and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend it.

Quality first basement representative called and emailed the instructions in advance. The team leader, Heriberto, also called before they arrived. They had a clear idea about the task and discussed it with me. They covered everything with plastic and removed the appliances to a safe distance. The work started on time and in between also Heriberto discussed the progress. The work was completed as planned and Heriberto walked me through everything. The crew was very polite and hard working. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend them.
