Top notch experience with the crew, and their system. Ian, Kelly, Shane and (1 other guy) were professional the 3 days they were here and left us with 0 questions or any feeling of concern with how the install went. My unit needed cleaning, repair and replacement of the draining line and condenser port, as well as bailing out 42+ gallons of water. Patrick knew exactly what to do and how to proceed.
