Huge thank you to our representative Dane C and our job foreman Miguel A! We purchased a home and started taking on water during rain storms shortly after moving in. Dane C came out to assess our situation and suggested a custom perimeter trench, sump pump with a vapor barrier. Within 2 weeks Miguel A and his team were at our house and 8 hard hours later they completed full installation. We were amazed at how fast and thorough they were able to do the installation in one day. Extremely professional through and through. Looking forward to a good rain again - thank you, Miguel and Dane!

I called for maintenance of Sedona dehumidifiers. Ryan came on time and serviced both of my units. He explained each part of the process and provided pictures upon completion. Additionally, he repaired some of the vapor barriers in my crawl space. Overall the service was excellent and I would highly recommend this company.

My dehumidifier was not working and we were in the middle of a rainy period weatherwise. My house was very musty and I was feeling very ill with severe respiratory issues. Although Quality was booked with many emergency calls they managed to squeeze my request in and sent Nick who helped us out quickly, came earlier than scheduled, explained everything fully, and was nothing short of a top-notch professional. There are no words to explain how grateful and fortunate we were to get Quality to service our system and having Nick do the work. TOP-NOTCH!

Great company! The service technicians for the past 7 years have been great. My service tech Andrew came on 6/22/22 right away and exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and honest with me. He really showed how much he loves his job. I was treated respectfully and he took care of the issues I didn't know I had in my crawlspace. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I am extremely pleased with him. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service!

He was punctual (calling ahead of time), very professional and very courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable with the system and explained all service and/or repairs that he made.

I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because I was interested in waterproofing my basement.
