When I called the office the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I had an appt. booked within 3 days. Richard Alexander came to my house, I thought he was terrific and the most professional of all the companies I had come to the house. I'm super happy with my Healthy Basement System, they applied logic to why my basement was filling with 4 or 5 inches of water after every rain storm, then solved the problem. I had a burst pipe a few years after Healthy Basements had put the system in, and it literally saved my house from drowning! The combination of pumps, dehumidifier and common sense is the difference between their approach and others'. Even the plastic coverings on the walls and floor made a difference, now i can actually use my basement as it's 100% dry, it added an entire floor to my house.

Knew the product from his company well and was extremely nice. He did excellent hand holding before the big job and follow up satisfaction calls after.
