This homeowner was experience water seeping through his basement window. To remedy the situation, he taped a garbage back overtop the window to keep water out. Our crews installed a new window that fits correctly, and is sealed properly to keep water out, and the basement dry. 

These homeowners called Mid-State Basements to take a look at their cracked basement walls. Our team inspected the property and were able to get the cracked foundation walls fixed right up.

This crawlspace in Amlin, OH was in need of some serious attention. This dirt crawl space had issues with moisture, humidity, and compiling debris. The unprotected crawl space had inconsistencies in temperature and held moisture that grew into mold. We were able to encapsulate the crawl space with a vapor barrier, waterproof it, and install a dehumidifier which drastically improved the air quality and condition of the home.

These homeowners wanted to continue to use their crawl space as storage, but worried their belongings would get ruined if a big rain came. We came out and encapsulated the space and now the homeowners will have peace of mind for years to come!
