Sales Process
Chris, our salesperson, was very easy to work with. He walked us through the product, pricing, contract and installation process. Very responsive and quick to respond whenever we had questions too.
Our Installation Crew
We had a six member crew install all 11 windows in one day. They showed up on time, went straight to work and continued to work diligently the entire day. The crew was kind, respectful, professional and were kind enough to answer questions whenever we had them while they were completing the installation.
The Cleanup Process
The crew did a great job cleaning up the debris and also laid carpet/plastic down to protect our floors. We still had to do a thorough cleaning when they left, but then again, I am a neat freak so I just have very high standards for the cleanliness of my house. No fault of the crew!
