Our Client’s basement was always dry and mold was growing in this place, affecting badly on the family in Brownsburg-Chatham. When Mr. Jose called us, he told us that his children started having health issues; they were coughing a lot and having headaches most of the times.
After examining this place, our team told him that he cannot leave this place wet and unfinished in fear that his family’s health will get worst and they suggested waterproofing and insulating the entire area in order to keep it dry and healthy. We then installed the WaterGuard Interior Drain on the footing of the foundation to intercept water from the sole, walls and floor, and then we have connected it to our company's SuperSump pump that will evacuate water.
In addition, our team has installed the CleanSpace membrane which blocks water vapor from the walls and redirects water to the WaterGuard indoor drain installed directly below.
Our client’s old sump pump had an open lid, was not powerful and failed to pump out large amount of water during thaw days.
Those are the reasons why Mrs. Valerie from La Prairie called us, and needed to learn more about our waterproofing systems. So our team recommended her to replace her pump with a new sump pump system and to install our WaterGuard interior drain.
Our SuperSump pump system evacuates water intercepted away from home and includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement.

A wet basement would not only ruin the place, and the belongings displayed inside, but it will also affect the health of the people who live in the upper house.
The air will become moldy, humid and very cold, and it will spread into the bottom ‘your home’.
This waterproofing job was done by Systèmes Sous-sol Québec’s team in Sainte-Anne-Des-Plaines.
We have waterproofed the entire basement permanently thanks to our products: The ‘WaterGuard’ interior drain to capture all water coming from the walls and joints; A SuperSump pump which is linked to our interior drain, and is able to pump a huge amount of water per hour, it has also an airtight lid on it to prevent water from evaporating out of the sump hole, and a IceGuard outlet to prevent freezing of water coming out from the pipes during winter time.
Since most basements are built into the ground, they have the possibility that water can intrude; turning what was once a dry basement into a wet basement. This is because the water in the earth can put constant weight on basement walls. Plus, water follows the path of least resistance inside a home and over time can find its way into a basement.
This basement in Sainte-Anne-Des-Plaines was very wet indeed, and our team has completely waterproofed it, by installing the best products available out there!
Our interior drainage system, the WaterGuard, is designed not to get clogged, and will drain all the water from the walls and floors, and will not damage your house’s foundation.
Our SuperSump pump is a top-rated 1/3 HP Zoeller cast iron pumps that offers reliability and high-volume pumping.
This customer had water seepage in the basement through small cracks in the foundation walls. This has made the basement damp. He had also noticed that his sump pump was not working.
To solve our client's problems, we covered the foundation walls that were urethane insulated with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Then we replaced his faulty sump pump system with our TripleSafe system. It contains 3 pumps, one of which is battery-powered, and is our most efficient and reliable system. We finally laid our interior drain all the way through the foundation walls and connected it to the TripleSafe.
