Rick is a repeat customer of ours, when we did work the first time he only had a water issue in one part of his basement so we waterproofed that part of the basement. About 6 years later he had another problem area and we were able to come out again and help waterproof that area.
This home in Jefferson, WI had the perfect storage space under the stairs. The homeowner realized that water was coming in so they did a DIY repair. Unfortunately that didn't last for long and water came in again.
We installed WaterGuard, BrightWall and a SuperSump to collect the water and pump it back outside. The storage space is clean and dry and ready to hold all of its contents again.
This growing Fort Atkinson family knew they were in need of some extra space. We took their average basement window and turned it into a beautiful window with a lot of natural light. However, this window isn't just for looks; it adds an extra exit in case of an emergency. The window is easy to open, the screen removes easily for a quick exit and the built in steps in the well allow even a small child to be able to exit the residence quickly and safely.
An exterior staircase can be troublesome when it comes to water. Luckily these Watertown homeowners found us and we have a solution for this type of problem. Aside from getting water in from underneath the doorway, they also had water coming in from around the perimeter of their basement. We were able to install WaterGuard around the perimeter walls and TrenchDrain in front of the doorway. Now, the perimeter is protected and if water does come down the staircase, it will go into the TrenchDrain and into the WaterGuard system to be pumped outside.
Crack in the foundation near the window that was leaking water, we installed our FlexiSpan where you see the white, this has a lifetime warranty on the foundation. Where you see the blue, that is a good duct that helps drain the water from the window well outside to prevent water from building up and leaking through the window!
