This homeowner was in very bad health, so her son had moved in with her to help take care of her. He had a construction crew come out to help him fix up the basement, and they ripped some of his paneling down and left him without putting anything back up. Which left him with a little nervous to hire another contractor, afraid that it could happen again. After researching on the internet, he finally found a company that he could trust, Buck Buckley's Total Basement Finishing! After meeting with one of our design specialists, he knew that we were the company he wanted to work with.
With our EverLast Vinyl Walls, our team completely transformed this basement. Now this homeowner has one less thing to worry about, and he can concentrate on taking care of his mother. He can also have the peace of mind knowing that the basement is a safe and healthy environment not just for his mother, but the entire family!
Katy and Joseph recently became homeowners in October 2022, and they've set their sights on transforming a space in their basement. The approximately 25' x 25' area requires a complete makeover, including walls, flooring, and a drop ceiling. Despite having some electrical elements in place, steel beams were added to reinforce the walls, providing a sturdy foundation for the renovation.
The planned redesign encompasses a spacious 440 sq. ft. open concept, featuring a modern ceiling and flooring. Despite the challenges of the previous water damage, Katy and Joseph were deliberate in their decision not to reintroduce drywall into the recreation area. Instead, they expressed excitement about our expertise and the finished product we aim to deliver.
The homeowners used their basement mainly for storage. After we were finished they had room for storage, a playroom, and a man cave! We used our mold and moisture resistant materials to make sure that this basement only needed to be finished once. The homeowners were happy to have more usable space and have value added to their home.
