These homeowners in Waukesha, WI wanted to expand their living space in their Ranch home. They had a teenager in the home and wanted to have an additional space where they could relax and watch TV. This way they could gain their adult space back upstairs and their teenager would have a space to hang out with friends. They did some research and gave us a call to set up a free design consultation with one of our design specialists and the rest was history after that. Our design specialist, Shane Rugg, met with them and explained our moisture and mold resistant products, as well as, assisted them in putting together a design and layout that met everything they were hoping for while keeping it within their budget.

Not wanting to see the unfinished stairs, pipes, and personal stuff a half wall was added and the stairs were enclosed.  This is a great way to add a finishing touch to your basement space.  

Unsightly piping?  You can add a drop ceiling with soffits to enclose them and yet still be able to access them if you need to.
