A homeowner in New Canaan was getting water seepage in their basement, so they contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a solution. We sent out one of our Salesmen, Chuck Stofko, to the home to assess the basement and give them a permanent waterproofing solution. 

One of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system with our TripleSafe sump pump to collect water coming in and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed our Sedona dehumidifier. These systems work together to eliminate water and moisture from this basement, leaving this homeowner with peace of mind.

One of our Foremen, Antonio Diaz, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor to collect water coming into the basement. Then they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the wall. Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. 

With our systems in place, this basement will stay dry and the homeowner has peace of mind knowing this issue will never happen again.

Eventually, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Marcial Lopez, and his crew to install the proposed job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in from the walls or the ground. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. 

With our systems in place, this entire basement will now stay dry. The homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind. 

Here we used a Trench Drain system to direct water out of the garage. BrightWall was also added to keep the walls from molding and brighten up the space. We also used an IceGuard system to prevent water from backing up during cold connecticut winters.

This basement was having water problems. We added a Trenchdrain, DryTrak, and sump pump to remove water from the basement.
