This concrete slab had sunken roughly 3/4". To quickly and efficiently get this slab back to level and fill the voids beneath the slab the owner of the home opted to use PolyLevel. By using our patented PolyLevel system we drilled a few small holes and injected our polyurethane foam underneath the slab where it expands into any voids and lifts the slab to where it needs to be.
This homeowner in Baxter, MN noticed the concrete sidewalk outside his home had noticeably shifted over time causing a potential tripping hazard. Not wanting the risk of someone getting injured, the homeowner called DBS to have System Design Specialist, Royce Bunn come out to do a thorough inspection. Royce came out to the home and spoke with the homeowner about his concerns and then explained the best solution after he did the inspection. To properly lift and level the concrete, DBS could inject a polymer solution beneath the concrete to securely fix the problem. After a signed contract, the production crew came out to professionally install the product. With this solution in place the homeowner no longer had to worry about the sidewalk outside the home.
