 I want to thank first Bob Cherry, the general manager, and Phil Matthews, the system planner, for working out a solution to our unique issue. This speaks to the integrity of the Tom Romans company. Secondly, the work crew did an amazing job. The foreman, Juan, sized up the situation quickly and had the men working quickly and efficiently. Within two hours, the crawlspace was cleaned out, all debris removed, the Super Sump installed and new discharge line installed. A note about that — the crew had to take up part of a paved walkway and dig up a mulch bed. When they were finished, that area actually looked neater than when they started! You could not tell any digging had been done at all. That night, we had a storm, a lot of rain in a very short period. The pump and discharge line worked perfectly. We will of course call Tom Romans when the budget allows for the full crawlspace system to be done.

I was first interested in getting a sump pump installed because I had water coming through one side of my basement after heavy rain, even though I could not see any cracks. After reference from a friend, I decided to go with Quality 1st to do the work, and I was not disappointed. I was very impressed by how professional and helpful to our needs the salesman was, and how courteous and professional the installation crew was. The cleanup was also done really well, and I am totally satisfied with the company. Now I will be the one to recommend Quality 1st to my friends and family.

First and foremost I would like to thank Matt for being kind, courteous, informative, and displaying such professionalism from start to finish. Matt called the same night to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions if we had them. He even called a week later to check in again which was very genuine. The team came out at the time they promised and finished the job within a few hours. What I truly appreciated was the team coming out to do the job and not leaving a mess behind for me to clean up and for that alone, I give them two thumbs up! I had been looking to fix my sinking sidewalk for three to four years. My friend posted a video on Facebook about PolyLEVEL. I called for an estimate and my salesman John was professional, personable and honest. Removal and replacement of the concrete was at least twice the money as PolyLEVEL. Had a very positive experience with this company starting from the first person who received my call (actually only call). First, an estimator was scheduled to come in four weeks and after finding out about my deadline, the estimator was scheduled within a week. Jay came to my home on time, knew exactly what needed to be done, and gave an estimate on the spot. I did not shop for the price as the estimate was at least 70% below my expectation. Jay was able to schedule the work the very next day !!!! Both Zack Juarez and Luis Aguirre who came to my home to do the work are professionals and easy to work with... Work is done on time and quality and interaction were extremely pleasant plus I have a five-year warranty on the work. 

I am very satisfied with the work done in my basement by Quality 1st Basement systems. I was initially having a problem when it rained heavily I would get water in one corner of my basement. I originally had french drains installed in 1994, and when I saw  the Quality 1st ad in Clipper Magazine, I knew that it was time for an upgrade. When meeting with my inspector, he was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with a free written estimate. In the end I chose to go with Quality 1st because they offered a good price and offered more qualities and warranty's than other companies. My installation team led by Juan Garcia did an exceptional job with my basement. I am a happy customer.

Ken gave a great sales presentation, and Jesus was excellent. I got quotes from other companies but Quality 1st Basement Systems had the best price.
