You truly get what you pay for. We had them install a system in our basement about 3 years ago. They showed up when they said they would, were professional, fast, and most important, neat. We had some issues with some faulty equipment and they replaced it quickly, at no additional cost. We just had a maintenance visit from Justin and he was terrific. Unlike the utility companies that say they will show up sometime between 9 am and 5 pm, Justin called me and said he was on his way and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He made some adjustments to our system and was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend these guys!

Step by step Ryan went to work DE installing, adjusting, cleaning and reinstalling the originally day 1 quick install. I first decided to have work done on my partially finished basement once I started to have moisture problems. I knew that I wanted to have a dehumidifier and duct work done, and I was interested in seeing how much that would cost me. After doing online research, I decided to give Quality 1st Basement Systems a call. I was very satisfied with my experience with the office staff in setting up my appointment, and in having the salesman come out. Ken was able to answer all my questions, and give me an estimate right in my house. I was very impressed with how smoothly the whole process went, and how easy it was to have my problem fixed. Hurricane Irene came and went and our basement was dry as a bone! Our Triple Sump pump did its job. Quality 1st is worth it, I would hire their team again.

Jeff gave us options and didn't try to sell you the "entire package".  Other companies insisted we had to waterproof the entire basement and one of the companies was double the price.  We have no fear now when there is heavy rain in the forecast!!  What a relief!
