From start to finish this company exceeded my expectations. The salesperson, Tim, who came out for the initial estimate was thorough and helpful. He explained everything I needed to know, answered all of my questions, and put absolutely NO pressure on me to make a decision. After I decided to go with Basement Systems USA, it was only about a day before they called to schedule the work. They were able to schedule the work for about a month from then. They completed the work in 2.5 days. They were sure to put down tarps for walking through my house and hauled out 100% of the debris from jack-hammering my concrete floors. I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish and highly recommend them!

"If you're suffering with Iron Ochre, this is the company for you! I bought my house in 2019, and prior to the listing, the previous owners had "waterproofed the basement" and "installed a new french drain." Sounds great, right? Unfortunately, the company they used was sub-par at best, and I later realized the main reason they put in a new french drain was because the old one had been infiltrated by iron ochre. The previous company came out to do cleanings, but the problem continued to get worse. I met with multiple water proofing companies for their input on the matter and finally stumbled across this team – the only company in the area who mentions anything on their website about a solution to this nightmare of a problem. Matt Beck came out for the initial consultation and was exceptionally professional and understanding of the matter. He was very accommodating on the scheduling of the project and was able to put any concerns I had about iron ochre and their WaterGuard IOS product to rest. Come implementation, the installation team continued to deliver Grade A service. They were prompt and took every measure to cover the parts of my home at risk of getting messy during construction. The foreman, Anthoni, was very knowledgeable and communicated clearly throughout the process. The team was quick, respectful and finished up earlier than anticipated. I hope I never have to deal with french drain or iron ochre headaches on any future properties, but if i do, I know for certain I will be calling this team. Thanks for everything!"

My husband and I are VERY pleased with our decision to have chosen Basement Systems and all of the products you provide to water proof our basement. The staff were extremely courteous, quick and professional for the 3 days they were in our home. They cleaned up after tehmselves and made sure we understood and were happy with their work.

It is well worth it. The technician was very knowledgeable and informative about my equipment. He also showed me the best positioning for my SaniDry air purifier and the best way to change the air filter. He also explained the Triple Safe sump pump system I have. Our annual maintenance on the sump pump was done by service tech Rachael. They sent us an advance e-mail with Rachael's work bio. Rachael called the day of the service and updated us on the status of her arrival. Rachael completed the work and left our basement in great condition. No dirt or water. This is why we always have this company and we have recommended them to family and friends.
