Collin Peare was all around excellent...I have a dehumidifier and sump pump installed by Quality 1st and love that the product really works. I have been a customer for 3 years and appreciate that Collin comes to visit every year for an inspection on my systems. I'm glad to see that everything seems to be working accordingly. I had an overall good experience with the office staff and technician.

Quality First installed a sump pump and dehumidifier in our basement 10 years ago which greatly improved our problem with excessive dampness. Randy Halal came for a routine service visit and discovered a pump needed to be replaced. So glad we kept up with our maintenance so our system will continue to perform optimally. Randy was polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

I just spoke with Jerry Fay who is the owner of the side by side we just completed work at in Sea Isle, NJ. He spoke tremendously of our team and how respectful they were of both his home and neighborhood. Specifically he mentioned that he had heard a message from one of the foreman to the crew to ensure there were a lot of children around and to be mindful of that. Just wanted to pass the good word along!

Great company who did the right thing. Greg Louis came out to the house and clearly knew his stuff. We scheduled for around 6 weeks out but, with a cancellation, came out much sooner. Led by foreman Juan Garcia, the crew of 6 hard-working men went to work. During the demolition, it was discovered that a leaking pipe was the cause of our problems and Juan was very upfront and honest about what our options are. For now, we have decided to fix the pipe and keep an eye out to see if we get any additional water. If so, we will call them to come back in. I highly recommend Quality 1st!

I would like to say that the project was done beautifully. Donovan was great. He and his team removed junk that was down there from before I bought the house. He even disposed of it for me. I'm sure the dehumidifier that was installed will help immensely. Definitely a needed addition for a very long time. The crawlspace was transformed from night to day. The Turtl was a needed addition.  Again, I would like to say that Donovan was very professional and made me feel comfortable that this was going to be money well spent!

These guys are fantastic, I cannot say enough good things about them! We have used them twice now in two different homes in New Jersey and have had no issues whatsoever. They saved our first house in Bridgewater from massive flooding issues to the point the basement could be finished without worry. They have been prompt, courteous, and the quality of the work is top-notch. Steve Roldan even helped me with how to introduce a toothbrush to my 9-month-old and it worked like a charm!

Greg and Juan provided 5-star service. A French drain, wall supports a dual sump pump and Sedona dehumidifier. Professional, reliable, explained everything and it went off without a hitch.
