I am pleased with the work completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. My home was built in the 40's and I had been noticing some water in my basement for a while before contacting Quality 1st. When I first met with my inspector he helped me to understand the products and how I can solve my water issues. The installation crew led by Jesus were prompt and reliable. They installed a sump pump along with french drains and now my basement is always dry. The company was very easy to work with, I would hire them again.

It was an awesome experience. Their representative, Mike Notar, was amazing. He was very professional and was always available (even after hours). He answered all our questions and guided us through the whole process. He even came at the end of the project to make sure that everything was according to plan and that we were satisfied with it. The crew (Ruben, Jeremy, and Carlos) were punctual, very professional, hard-working, very accommodating, super clean, and took the time to answer all our questions.
